Our History
World Sugar Export Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 through a significant joint venture between two major players in the sugar industry: the Cristalla Group and the Kaset Phol Sugar Group (MITSUI).
As a joint venture company, we are committed to providing comprehensive sugar export agency services for sugar mills, covering all modes of transportation — including trucking (EPZ / transit cargo / cross-border sugar shipments), containerized sea freight, bulk vessel shipments, and other logistics solutions.
With our experience and expertise, we place strong emphasis on export service standards, ensuring accuracy, speed, and maximum efficiency to deliver high-quality sugar to customers worldwide.

Comprehensive Export License and Export Declaration Services
We provide consultancy and end-to-end processing for all export-related licenses for sugar and export declarations, ensuring that every document is accurate and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Close Coordination of Cargo Delivery
We work closely with all relevant parties, including sugar mills, warehouses, ports, transport companies, and customs authorities, to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Electronic Customs Clearance (e-Customs)
We utilize fully electronic customs clearance systems for both import and export procedures to shorten processing time, reduce delays, and improve declaration accuracy.
Preparation of All Types of Export Documentation
We prepare all required export documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, and various Certificates issued by government or private agencies, as requested by customers or as stipulated in agreements. We offer flexibility in document preparation to meet the specific requirements of each destination country and individual customer.
Cross-Border and Multimodal Transportation Services
Through our network of experienced logistics partners recognized by leading companies, we provide standardized end-to-end cross-border transportation services, from origin (producing sugar mills) to destination (buyer’s premises), including multimodal transport solutions.
